1. Nature of the software

TOP is third-party software that modifies the runtime behavior of an unaffiliated game client on the buyer's own machine. It is sold "as-is" with no warranty of compatibility, stability, undetectability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Eligibility

Buyer must be 18+ and use the software only on hardware and accounts they personally own. Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with the End-User License Agreement of any third-party software with which TOP interacts.

3. Licensing model

License keys are tier-based (1 day / 7 days / 30 days). Each key is bound to a single HWID on first use. HWID resets are at the operator's discretion. Sharing a key with another person voids the license.

4. Refund policy

All sales final. Due to the digital and time-limited nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once a license key has been delivered to the buyer's Discord account. Failed payments that did not result in key delivery are automatically not charged.

5. Bans, detection, account loss

Buyer acknowledges that third-party anti-cheat systems may at any time detect modifications and apply penalties including account suspension or termination. TOP does not refund or replace third-party game accounts. Use of the software is at the buyer's sole risk.

6. Revocation

The operator may revoke any license without notice or refund for: (a) public abuse drawing detection signals, (b) attempts to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software, (c) chargeback / payment fraud, (d) violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All code, art, and assets are © the operator. Buyer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to execute the software on a single machine. No source code, decompiled output, or reverse-engineered work is permitted to leave the buyer's machine.

8. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is capped at the amount paid by the buyer for the specific license in question.

9. Changes

Operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
